I work with both buyers and sellers because I believe this keeps me better informed about all aspects of the market. I am absolutely committed to my clients and I work from a strong foundation of integrity, loyalty, and honesty. I commit to telling you the truth at all times, even though you may not always like what I have to say.
My practice is limited to my targeted local market in order that I have full knowledge about the area and product that I’m selling. Based on the nature of the business, my hours are flexible. I return phone calls promptly and am able to respond to email quickly as it goes directly to my mobile phone. It will be important for me to know and understand your preferred method of communication so that we work together efficiently.
My primary responsibility is to serve your best interests and for you to feel that you have an advocate in your corner at all times. I will counsel you throughout your transaction, serve as a skilled negotiator on your behalf, and efficiently facilitate the process of your escrow. You will be the decision maker, and I will make sure that you are fully informed to do so. If, for any reason, you do not fully understand any part of the process as we go through it, please let me know immediately. I will listen carefully to what you say and will respond appropriately.
